No questions asked 100% refund

We are pleased to offer you a "no questions asked" 100% refund of any Blue Maestro product you purchase online.   We are also pleased to provide a 6 months warranty on our products whereby we will refund you or replace the product if there is a defect, see more about warranty terms below.

In the unlikely case you want to return your item and seek a refund we ask you to follow the outlined procedure to ensure your return and refund goes smoothly and is processed quickly.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.   You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Products that that have been damaged, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.   If items have been used outside their designed parameters or are damaged which may have caused to contributed towards a defect may not be refunded.   Certain Blue Maestro products are not waterproof and if any damage is caused by water this will be deemed to be damage caused by use outside of designed parameters.

In the case where a product is being returned other than as a result of a manufacturer defect, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee where the original packaging or instructional guide is missing or damaged or the product appears marked or used.   Any fee will be deducted from your refund.   We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order nor do we pay for your return shipping unless there is a manufacturer defect.   Where shipping is not charged separately we reserve the right to attribute part of the original purchase price towards original shipping and this will not be refunded.

You are liable for return postage which will be refunded up to the limit of the original shipping charge if there is a manufacturer defect along with the purchase price subject to terms contained herein.   We suggest you use “signed for” delivery when returning any items since we can only issue a refund for items we physically receive.

Where a purchase constitutes a 'bulk order' or is comprised of any customised software or hardware then this free return policy does not apply, although the warranty policy will still apply.   A bulk order for these purposes is 5 or more of the same product.

Refund or replacement under warranty

If there is a manufacturer defect you must return the item within 6 months of your purchase, unless the device is one where the battery is sealed where the item must be returned within 30 days of your purchase.

Where an item is being returned for a manufacturer defect we reserve the right to issue you a replacement item.

If items have been used outside their designed parameters or are damaged which may have caused or contributed towards a defect may not be refunded.   Certain Blue Maestro products are not waterproof and if any damage is caused by water this will be deemed to be damage caused by use outside of designed parameters.

Items that are being returned for any range related issues will not be liable for refund or replacement as a manufacturer defect if under testing the item’s range is at least 30 meters/100 feet line of sight.

Return authorization

Before you return your items or claim a warranty please contact us with your contact details and your reasons for returning the item.   Please provide as much detail as possible for us to trace your purchase.   We will then contact you via email with an RMA code and details of where to send your items.
