  • If blinking, the gateway hasn't connected to WiFi
  • Perform a factory reset and re-enter credentials

2. Check Email Match

  • The provisioning email must exactly match your bmCloud account
  • Perform a factory reset if you used the wrong email

3. Wait Longer

  • The gateway can take up to 3 minutes to appear
  • Refresh the bmCloud page

ESP_ConfigAP Network Reappears

Cause: The WiFi credentials entered were incorrect.

Solution:

  1. Connect to ESP_ConfigAP again
  2. Navigate to 192.168.4.1
  3. Re-enter your WiFi credentials carefully
  4. Ensure you're using a 2.4GHz network (not 5GHz)

Sensors Not Detected

  • Check Sensor Batteries: Replace batteries in sensors
  • Reduce Distance: Move sensors closer to the gateway
  • Check for Interference: Move away from other 2.4GHz devices
  • Restart Gateway: Unplug and replug the power
